The Thorn XL is a compact utility and survival blade. A super lightweight skeletonised design, the Thorn XL has an extra 1” blade length on the original Thorn, as well as a full size 4” handle for greater reach and control. A sculpted finger groove and 550 paracord blood knot make for a comfortable contoured fit. Coming with a Scandi grind and AEB-L stainless steel as standard, the Thorn XL makes a perfect companion blade to a larger bushcraft knife. The Thorn XL also benefits from our in-house cryogenic heat treatment process to get the best from the steel. Completed with a self locking OD green Kydex neck sheath, the Thorn XL is an adaptable, multi-purpose EDC.
The sheath can be upgraded with a firesteel attachment, a pocket clip and is also compatible with The Orford Parang / Pocket Parang via a Bolt On Kit.
