This "Pocket Parang" is made from 3.5mm acid stonewashed AEB-L stainless steel it is easy to sharpen and holds a great edge plus being stainless makes a wether proof tool. The 7" blade still has the great curved cutting edge for efficient slicing ability but the overall size makes it a better size to carry with you on a walk or fishing trip. The handle is made from Blasted Green Canvas Micarta with thin red G10 liners and has Stainless loveless Bolts and Hardware. It has the addition of a more pronounced finger guard which means that there is a really good positive grip with no fear of your hand sliding towards the cutting edge even when cold and wet
The design of the Pocket Parang makes a much more effective cutting tool than carrying a 7" straight camp knife. For the size you will be surprised what it can do. The ability to clear brush and vegetation and build shelters, as well as fine work like making pot hangers and feather sticks is all possible due to the overall grind being convex with a flat grind near the handle for controlled cuts.
It comes with a right hand scandi-style OD Green Kydex sheath and green paracord leg tie, this makes a great low maintenance sheath that has its own natural locking system as well as an extra soft loop strap to lock the blade in place when on the trail.
As this is too large for our presentation boxes it comes in a embossed cotton drawstring bag.

If your goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt you must notify us within seven days so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
You have the right to return faulty goods for a full refund, including postage, within a seven day period.
Notification of return of goods must be made by phone, letter or email within seven days of receipt of goods.
All goods must be returned in an unused condition, well packaged and sent using an insured trackable postage method with a copy of the relevant receipt. Return postage will not be refunded if the goods are not faulty.
If goods are damaged or seem to have been used we reserve the right to make a charge for the damage or repair.
